The AERO Group Factories project began in 2008 when the Group strategically acquired 37 lots from the abandoned Arab Malaysian Light Industrial Park, which had only reached the piling stage.

The Group retained 13 lots for its own operations and successfully sold off the remaining 24 lots in 2012, achieving a remarkable 100% gross profit. Today, those disposed lots have appreciated in value by an additional 50%, reflecting the success and long-term value of the project in the current market.
